If you are entertaining this weekend, you might want to try a new burger to place on your grill. These Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers are moist and full of flavor and a yummy alternative to the regular beef burger. A simple Tzatziki Sauce will send these over the top.

A great accompaniment to this burger is a simple skillet potato and vegetable dish. Dice potatoes in 1/2" pieces and brown in a cast iron skillet for 10 minutes. Add diced red pepper, cooked corn (either off the cob or frozen), and red onion. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until potatoes are tender. Top with cooked, crumbled bacon.
